Session length depends on the size of the space and amount of items. A single room typically takes 3-5 hours, while whole-house projects may require multiple days. We provide accurate time estimates after our initial consultation.
We help coordinate donations to local charities and can arrange recycling for appropriate items. Some packages include taking donations directly to charity shops on your behalf.
We recommend being present so you can make decisions about your belongings and learn our organisation systems. However, for some tasks, you may prefer to step away and let us work independently.
Premium packages include storage products. For other packages, we provide recommendations and can purchase items on your behalf with advance notice. We often find that clients already have suitable containers that can be repurposed.
